Overview
Confirmed Rockstar describes the Ultimate Edition as an exclusive collection of premium vehicles, weapons, apparel and action, threaded through Jason and Lucia’s story with new items unlocked chapter by chapter. It went on pre-order on June 25, 2026 beside the Standard Edition, and both are sold digitally or as a download code in a box. Rockstar writes the game’s name as Grand Theft Auto VI, so the same edition is also searched as the GTA VI Ultimate Edition.
Confirmed Its headline items are three vehicles, the ’95 Grotti Cheetah, the Shitzu Squalo and the ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy with its own garage, and five shops that only open for Ultimate owners.

The five shops
Confirmed Two of the shops work on cars: Rideout Customs does detailed interiors, fancy rims and donk-style lifts, and One-Eyed Willie’s in Lake Leonida does off-road builds and hand-painted automotive art. The other three change how Jason and Lucia look: Sara’s Unisex Salon for hair, facial hair, makeup and nails, and, in Stockyard, Stock 305 for streetwear and Electric Fang Tattoo, with more than 50 designs by the artist collective FAILE.
The raid and the commission
Confirmed The PTT Youngin$ are one of Southside Vice City’s loudest and most socially active gangs, and the raid means getting into their compound and out again with special items and contraband. Wyman, an eccentric collector and local fixer, commissions the player to find abandoned classic cars and unfinished projects and bring them back to their former glory.
On screen The official screenshots show the gang filming two riders on a pink-and-teal motorbike outside their store, and five of Wyman’s cars, among them a turquoise muscle car, a red racer numbered 36 and a stars-and-stripes paint job.
Standard or Ultimate
Our read The Standard Edition is the whole game: nothing on the Ultimate list is described as needed to finish the story, and the pre-order bonus, garage included, comes with both. The Ultimate is for players who care about cars and looks, since its five shops deal in car mods, hair and makeup, tattoos and clothes. Our editions guide compares the two line by line.
