What every pre-order gets

Confirmed The Vintage Vice City Pack comes with every pre-order of either edition and with every purchase made before November 20, 2026. Rockstar says it flashes back to when the neon burned brightest:

  • Confirmed Outfits and hair: a pastel linen suit and a 1980s cut for Jason, a red sequin mini dress and curls for Lucia.
  • Confirmed Weapon pattern: a tropical print for most guns, based on the palm-tree shirt of Tommy Vercetti, the lead of the 2002 Vice City.

Confirmed Digital pre-orders also get a free month of GTA+, Rockstar’s GTA Online membership: a monthly GTA$500,000 deposit, Shark Cards with 15% bonus GTA$, free and discounted GTA Online vehicles and the GTA+ games library.

What the Ultimate Edition adds

Confirmed Rockstar describes the Ultimate Edition as an exclusive collection of premium vehicles, weapons, apparel and action, threaded through Jason and Lucia’s story.

Vehicles

  • Confirmed ’95 Grotti Cheetah: Grotti’s signature mid-1990s sports car and an ode to Shore Drive, in a white, minimalist retro-futuristic livery with a red interior.
  • Confirmed Shitzu Squalo: a pink-to-blue speedboat docked at Washington Beach, pitched for fishing trips out to Gambit Bay, with an explosives-laden weapons crate aboard.
  • Confirmed ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy: “a Mud Club monster”, a lifted 1960s muscle car for the backwoods of Mount Kalaga. It lives at the Paradise Garage in Watson Bay, which has its own weapon locker and stash for stolen goods.
  • Confirmed Jason’s safehouse vehicles: a Dinka Enduro motorcycle in Army fatigue green and a Crest Kayak.
  • Confirmed Ganado Retro Build: muscle and classic styling for Jason’s own pickup, the Vapid Ganado. The official screenshot shows it in yellow with a red racing stripe.

Weapons

  • Confirmed Hawk and Little Morgan revolvers: a his-and-hers pair with palm-tree etched grips, engraved detailing and a high-performance scope, sourced, Rockstar says, from the Vercetti Estate.
  • Confirmed Personalized Weapon Variants: engraved versions of Jason’s Girardi ES9 and Lucia’s Klose K17.

Looks

  • Confirmed Vice City Style: exclusive outfits, tattoos and more for both leads.
  • Confirmed Goodtime Gear: shirts, caps and accessories built around Macca the Gator, the star of a hit TV show in the Goodtime State.

Five shops only Ultimate owners can use

Confirmed Rockstar says these five are only open for business with the Ultimate Edition:

Shop What it offers Where
Rideout Customs Detailed interiors, fancy rims, donk-style lifts Not stated
One-Eyed Willie’s Off-road mods and hand-painted automotive art Lake Leonida
Sara’s Unisex Salon Signature hair for both, facial hair for Jason, makeup and nails for Lucia Not stated
Stock 305 Streetwear, with exclusive looks for both leads Stockyard
Electric Fang Tattoo More than 50 tattoos designed by the artist collective FAILE Stockyard

A raid and a commission

  • Confirmed PTT Youngin$ raid: hit the Illegal Goods Store, the compound of one of Southside Vice City’s loudest and most socially active gangs, and escape with special items and contraband.
  • Confirmed Classic Car Collection: a commission from Wyman, an eccentric collector and local fixer, to find abandoned classic cars and unfinished projects and restore them. The official screenshots show five of the cars, among them a turquoise muscle car and a red racer numbered 36.

When the Ultimate items unlock

Confirmed The Ultimate items are threaded through Jason and Lucia’s story and unlock chapter by chapter, and Rockstar says the Cheetah arrives to punctuate later-stage action. Our read So an Ultimate owner will not start with the whole collection: expect the cars, shops and weapons to open as the story moves, and the Cheetah late.

What we do not know yet

  • Our read Prices: they differ by store and region, so we do not list them. Check the PlayStation Store, the Microsoft Store or your retailer.
  • Our read Upgrading later: nothing in Rockstar’s edition material says whether a Standard owner can buy the Ultimate content afterwards.
  • Our read Other shops: calling these five “only open for business with the Ultimate Edition” suggests that ordinary mod shops, salons and clothing stores exist for everyone, but Rockstar has not listed them.
  • Reported Garages: TGG, who watched developers play at Rockstar North, says there are safe houses and garages all over the map.

Which one to buy

Our read Buy the Standard Edition if you only want the story. Nothing in the Ultimate list is described as needed to finish it, and the pre-order bonus, garage included, comes with both editions.

Our read Buy the Ultimate if cars and style are half the fun for you. Two of its five shops mod cars and the other three change how Jason and Lucia look, and it adds three headline vehicles and a garage in Watson Bay. The PTT raid and Wyman’s commission are extra activities on top.

Our read Whichever you choose, order before November 20, 2026 to get the Vintage Vice City Pack, and order digitally if you want the month of GTA+.
