In the screenshots

On screen Both official screenshots feature a green pickup with a Canis grille. In the workshop one has its hood up, one mechanic on a stepladder working on the engine, one kneeling at a wheel and a third in the back. The walls carry large murals, one of them a single staring eye, a green neon sign hangs by the office door, and the floor is spattered with paint.

On screen The truck in the other screenshot sits on all-terrain tires with a winch and tow shackles on the front bumper, WARNING painted across it, and a hand-painted toothy face on its flank.

Lake Leonida

Confirmed Rockstar’s Ultimate Edition text places the shop in Lake Leonida.

Reported The fan-made community map draws Lake Leonida as the big round lake in the middle of the state, with Ambrosia on its shore.

Our read

Our read The eye mural fits the shop’s name, and the paint on the floor fits the hand-painted art Rockstar lists. With Mount Kalaga’s off-road trails and the Ultimate Edition’s ’67 Dominator Buggy, which Rockstar calls “a Mud Club monster”, One-Eyed Willie’s looks like the place to build for the backwoods.
