On screen In another screenshot Lucia, in a fur coat and a purple dress, leans on a van painted with black-and-white eyes, and Jason sits on its roof in a patterned bandana mask, orange sunglasses and a black sweatshirt. The van’s pink panels read 1.999.ART.TOUR and STOCKYARD ART TOURS.

Stockyard

Confirmed Stockyard is named twice in Rockstar’s Ultimate Edition text, for Stock 305 and for Electric Fang Tattoo, which Rockstar calls the area’s most iconic ink bar.

Our read 305 is Miami’s telephone area code, and both shops look urban, so Stockyard is most likely a Vice City neighborhood. Rockstar has not said so directly.

Our read

Our read Murals on the shop, an art-tour van at the door and a tattoo parlor for a neighbor paint Stockyard as the city’s art district. Stock 305 is where the Ultimate Edition’s streetwear lives, alongside the Vice City Style outfits.
