Hunting, fishing and the trails

Confirmed Rockstar describes the park as prime hunting ground and lists fishing among its draws.

Reported According to TGG, who put the question to Rockstar North’s Rob Nelson, as relayed in an r/GTA6 thread, fishing is catch and release only, while hunting earns money through a character Jason knows.

On screen The kayak in still 06 carries the Crest name, the brand of the kayak the Ultimate Edition parks at Jason’s safehouse.

Confirmed Off-road trails are in the official text, and the Ultimate Edition’s ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy is pitched for these backwoods. On screen Still 01 shows what the trails mean: dirt bikes and an ATV in deep mud.

Reported El Rubius, who watched nearly three hours of the game, caught a brief look at the map and said it looked like an island, without the northern section that has been the subject of rumors.

Our read Florida has no mountains. The hilly, forested north is Rockstar’s own addition, borrowing the hills and forests of the states north of Florida.

The flood gauge, the rail bridge and the derelict plant show a park crossed by working infrastructure, not untouched wilderness.
