Confirmed Boobie Ike is a local legend in Vice City, and Rockstar says he acts like one. He is one of the few people to turn his years on the street into a legitimate empire: real estate, a strip club and a recording studio. He is all smiles until the conversation turns to business.

Confirmed He can look like a man who only looks out for himself, but the venture he cares about most is Only Raw Records, his partnership with the young, would-be music mogul Dre’Quan Priest. What the two need now is a hit.
