Port Gellhorn

Confirmed Rockstar’s Port Gellhorn text, under the headline “Live Hard”, sets the scene: “Cheap motels, shut-down attractions, and empty strip malls won’t bring the tourists back, but there’s a new economy in this once-popular vacation spot. It’s fueled by malt liquor, painkillers, and truck stop energy drinks.” Its advice to visitors: “Jump on a dirt bike and hold onto your wallet.”

Confirmed The town’s other official stills show the Starlet Motel with its vacancy sign lit, two men in a room full of grow lights, a woman handing a package through a car window, and a bonfire party.

Our read

Our read Delights is the nightlife of the town Rockstar describes: open all night, free to enter, hiring, in a place the tourists have left. It sits at the other end of Leonida’s strip-club scale from Vice City’s Jack of Hearts, the club behind Boobie Ike’s record label.
